Please fasten your seatbelt and return your tray table to its full upright and locked position, because this month we are headed to FlyteCo Tower for our run! For our October edition of the Harriers' Sunday Long Run we will be running the trails of Central Park and the Sand Creek Trail. We will meet at FlyteCo Tower, then head out through the park, taking the Westerly Creek trail north to connect with the Sand Creek trail. This time we will be heading west on the Sand Creek trail for our 10 mile out and back. See the route on Strava.

Afterwards we will meet back up at FlyteCo Tower. Their coffee shop opens at 7 for coffee and breakfast burritos. The bar opens and food service starts at 11.
