FOR TONIGHT'S TEMPO: Most of the crew will be headed up to Breckenridge for our annual shenanigans at Le CHAT! So here are your self-guided instructions for this tempo workout:
Head out at 6:35 for a warmup mile together. The normal route (See strava event for details)
Your normal workout is 1-2 miles @Mp --> 1-2 miles @HMp --> cooldown. As always, feel free to adjust paces and distances, or just run easy
Head to Cerveceria Colorado for all the socializing
Tempo Thursday is always free and open to all runners. No need to register in advance, just show up!
Meet at Highland Bridge & Platte St (Denver). We’ll head out for warmups together at 6:35, then go through the workouts. Meet afterward at Cerveceria Colorado (Denver Beer Co) for drinks and cheer.
